By accessing or using the KD of the NOC Records website, booking platform, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services and Booking

We provide recording, production, mixing, mastering, and artist consultation services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Deposits may be required to secure studio time and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing (such as through a split sheet or work-for-hire agreement), all original compositions, masters, and productions created by KD of the NOC Records remain the intellectual property of the label and its respective producers.

4. User Conduct

While at our facilities or interacting with our digital platforms, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Harassment, illegal activities, or damage to studio property will result in immediate termination of your session without refund and potential legal action.

5. Modifications to Terms

KD of the NOC Records may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
