We collect information that you provide directly to us when you:
- Book a studio session or consultation.
- Join the Backstage newsletter.
- Communicate with us via email or contact forms.
- Purchase merchandise or digital products.
This information may include your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and any other details you choose to provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events offered by KD of the NOC Records.
3. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors, booking platforms), to comply with the law, or to protect our rights.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no digital transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

7. CAYO Release Pipeline and YouTube API Services
CAYO Release Pipeline is an internal tool operated by KD of the NOC Records LLC that publishes our own video content to our own YouTube channel. It is not distributed to the public and has no end users other than label staff. It uses YouTube API Services, and by using it our operators agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's collection and use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
What the tool accesses

The tool accesses only the single YouTube channel owned and operated by the label, authorized by an OAuth 2.0 grant using the youtube.upload scope.
What the tool does not do
- It does not access, read, or store data from any other YouTube channel.
- It does not collect data about YouTube viewers or any other YouTube user.
- It does not scrape YouTube or build any public dataset, index, or derived metric.
- It does not sell, rent, or share YouTube data with any third party.
- It does not use YouTube data for advertising or ad targeting.
What we store
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for our own channel, retained until revoked and deleted immediately on revocation.
- Video IDs and upload timestamps for videos the tool uploaded, deleted or refreshed within 30 days per the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
- We store no YouTube analytics, statistics, or derived metrics.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions through the Google account's security settings. On revocation the tool can no longer reach the YouTube API and the stored tokens are deleted. You may also request deletion of any data the tool holds by emailing kdofthenocrecords@gmail.com.
Synthetic media
Some CAYO video content is produced with the assistance of AI tooling. Where that is the case we disclose it to YouTube on upload using the containsSyntheticMedia flag, and where required we disclose it to viewers in the video itself.
